3. Precautions for hot stamping processing of thermal transfer printing film:

However, in the specific production practice, it is necessary to improve the quality of the product and improve the production. Efficiency, also need to pay attention to the following points:
1) Keep it clean:
① Keep the worktable, guide rollers, buttons and other parts of the machine clean and free from dirt such as oil stains;
② Keep the flower film clean and free from oil stains, fingerprints, dust, etc.;
③ To keep the rubber head clean, there should be no dirt or coke sticking on it;
④ The operator's hands should be kept clean, and there should be no sweat or oil stains on the flower film or the scalded product;
⑤ Keep the scalded objects clean and free from dust, oil, etc.;
2) Hot stamping pressure: The hot stamping pressure must be adjusted to the most appropriate, otherwise it will easily damage the rubber head and the object to be hot, and if it is too small, it will affect the hot stamping effect.
After adjusting to the best hot stamping pressure, the pressure adjustment should be locked to avoid changes in mass production.
3) Hot stamping time (speed): The hot stamping time (speed) should be determined according to the specific hot stamping material. Under the condition of ensuring the hot stamping effect, the faster the speed, the higher the production efficiency. However, some products are subject to certain special conditions. Only slow hot stamping must be used.
4) Hot stamping temperature: The hot stamping temperature varies according to the hot stamping equipment, hot stamping film and hot stamping material. Do not blindly pursue the higher or (lower the better) hot stamping temperature, and the effect after hot stamping should be Benchmark to determine the stamping temperature.
