How to identify the quality of color printing ink in heat transfer equipment?

There are two most important criteria for identifying color printing inks for thermal transfer equipment:
(1) It is the purity of the ink. The purity of the ink determines the color saturation and restoration degree of the image after transfer.
(2) It is the fluency of the ink, that is, the value of the length and area of one print. The fluency determines the printing quality and the continuous length of the printing paper (especially when printing thermal transfer paper such as clothing and shoe materials, there should be no disconnection and flying lines, which are not allowed from the production requirements).
Therefore, good ink must be guaranteed for purity and fluency, which is also the most important indicator for identifying good and bad ink. According to the production standard of inkjet printing ink, the general ink dye particle size cannot be greater than 0.1 micron. If the particle size is lower than this standard, the phenomenon of printer plugging will easily occur, and the quality of the ink will be greatly reduced.
In addition to the above two important indicators, the precipitation of dyes also affects the quality of the ink, which will also seriously affect the quality and stability of the ink. If the ink is precipitated, it must be shaken before use.
In addition, there is almost no color difference problem when printing with high-quality ink, but color difference problems often occur with inferior ink.
