This is the same as the temperature control during thermal transfer - it depends on the effect of the final transfer, whether the pressure is appropriate. First of all, after the thermal transfer, the ink is partially dropped or the transfer surface is not smooth. Generally, it can be judged that the pressure of the hot roller is not enough; on the contrary, after the transfer, the ink on the transfer surface is open or the base film is difficult to fall off, which can be judged. for excessive pressure. All of these are the most basic criteria for judging whether pressure is appropriate.

The thermal transfer time also depends on the thermal transfer effect. If the temperature is too high, the time of thermal transfer can be reduced, and the speed of the thermal transfer substrate on the machine can be increased; otherwise, the speed of the table can be reduced.

The surface of the machine must be protected and clean, which everyone may well understand. During thermal transfer, if the table and the surrounding environment are dirty and chaotic, dust and impurities will be brought into the surface of the substrate. At the same time, some thermal transfer films are not electrostatically cleaned, and the surrounding dust will also be brought into the surface of the transfer object, especially the transfer film. It is more noticeable on light-colored or transparent transfer films.
