(1) According to the printing method
1. Digital direct printing method
It is the method of direct jet printing on the sizing semi-finished textiles. This method is suitable for the use of paint, active dispersion, and acid dye ink. The process is: according to the type of ink, select the appropriate semi-finished fabric (without adding softener), carry out the sizing, drying, rolling process, and then go to the digital equipment. Direct spray printing (the fabric is treated like paper), and then drying, steaming, washing, drying, softening and setting and other processes (the paint can be fixed as long as it is baked). 1 is a direct-injection belt guide machine converted from a Mutoh machine.
2. Cold transfer method
It is a printing method in which textile dyes are first printed on specially coated paper, and then the case is transferred to textiles with a cold transfer machine. This method is suitable for all kinds of fabrics except blended fabrics, and the inks used are dye inks such as reactive and dispersive: this method also requires semi-finished fabrics to be embossed with printed decals. There are two treatment methods for the embossed fabrics, one is to carry out cold reactor chemical reaction treatment to fix the color (the fabric needs to be chemically treated in advance), and the other is to carry out traditional processing such as steaming, washing and setting.
The working principle of the transfer machine is: the first flesh-colored part is the semi-finished fabric, the second blue part represents the paste (prepared printing paste), the third part is the yellow one is two rollers with air pressure, and the fourth part is the same It is two rollers with air pressure, the fifth green part is the printed printing paper, the sixth part is the dryer, and finally the finished fabric. That is, after the first part of the fabric is sizing in the size area of the second part, it is squeezed by oxygen extraction in the third part to retain an appropriate amount of pulp and moisture; in the fourth part, the front side of the fabric and the fifth part of the printing paper are on the front side. After compounding, under the action of silver rolling pressure and slurry moisture, the case on the paper is transferred to the fabric; at the same time, the transferred paper is rolled to another roller in the fifth part, and the fabric enters the drying oven to dry before entering the back process.
3. Thermal transfer method
It is a printing method that prints textile dyes on specially coated paper, and then transfers the case to textiles by thermal sublimation. This method is similar to traditional paper printing, and can only be used for polyester or textiles with high polyester content. The transfer fabrics are all processed semi-finished products and no softener has been added (the softener may affect the coloring rate). 5 is in the production process of printing paper, 6 is after printing, use a thermal transfer machine to transfer the case on the paper to the semi-finished chemical fiber fabric.
